Pro Se Legal Document Solutions, LLC is an affordable solution for assistance with preparing legal documents.
Hi, I'm JoAnne and I started Pro Se Legal Document Solutions, LLC to help those who are not able to afford an Attorney to handle their uncontested divorce and/or to prepare their estate plan documents. I'm here to help you help yourself.
I have over fifteen (15) years experience in the legal document field. Let me use my experience to help you navigate the complexity of document preparation and simplify your life by preparing the documents for you with the information that you provide.
I am not an attorney. I am a legal document preparer. What that means is, I can prepare legal documents, explain procedure, and give you legal information, but I cannot offer advice or representation. As a member of the Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers, our members voluntarily hold themselves to a high set of standards in our industry.
While everyone knows what Wills are, not everyone has one or the related documents necessary to protect you and your assets if you become incapacitated.
Our Will and Trust packages include a Last Will and Testament and/or Living Trust and the following documents:
FLORIDA DESIGNATION OF HEALTH CARE SURROGATE - allows you to name an agent to make medical decisions for you if you are unable to do so yourself.
FLORIDA LIVING WILL - tells your agent what your wishes are if you are unable to do so yourself.
HIPAA WAIVER - allows your agent access to your medical records.
DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY - allows you to name an agent to handle your financial affairs if you unable to do so yourself.
These documents protect you during your lifetime, however, they expire upon your death and then the Will and/or Trust would take effect.
Definition of Legal Document Preparer (LDP).
